請問各位有經驗的朋友
青年首次購屋500萬的!說需要名下無房子才能申請
但小弟名下的房子是父母繳不出來後來掛給我繳的!但因為當時已快成發拍屋!又有時間急迫性
所以根本也沒有想到有這方案!
最近發現有但卻不符
以下是我想到的作法!不知是否有經驗或銀行辦理貸款的朋友可以提供我建議!

1.將房子過戶給第三者.然後找間500萬內的房子買.多貸的貸款可以繳第一間房子
2.有方法可以不用將房子過戶給第三者.仍可使用此部分的首購
