下載速度正常 但瀏覽網頁很慢 (20點)

如題 最近電腦有這個問題

先說我的網路型態
我是在美國 這邊的方法是每個房間裝一個router,然後靠wifi連上後再輸入密碼.

最近的問題是下載速度蠻正常的(大概能到1MB/秒)
但要開啟網頁非常慢,開個yahoo都要等個將近10秒,有的網頁甚至無法開啟,
必須重新整理才能開啟.

但如果電腦是連我手機分享的網路,則很順暢,無上述問題

所以問題到底出在哪呀? 如何解決? 謝謝.
