APEC海洋部長 共商藍色經濟

中新社報導，2014年亞太經濟合作會議（APEC）海洋部長會議今天在福建廈門召開，主題為「構建亞太海洋合作新型夥伴關係」，以「藍色經濟」合作作為新內容。

「藍色經濟」（即海洋經濟，指開發海洋資源和依賴海洋空間進行生產活動）是中國大陸當局為APEC海洋合作增添的新內容。

大陸是2014年APEC東道主，海洋部長會議是大陸主辦的9場APEC專業部長級會議之一，也是大陸迄今在海洋領域主辦的最高級別國際會議。

大陸當前正在積極推進建設海洋強國戰略，並提出共建「21世紀海上絲綢之路」倡議。

大陸2013年海洋生產總值達到人民幣5.4兆元（約新台幣25.7兆元），年增7.6%，占同期大陸國內生產毛額（GDP）9.5%。

大陸積極發展與周邊國家的海洋合作關係，建立大陸與東協海上合作基金，與多國簽署海洋合作協議。(中央社)
