餐廳名稱：三田製麵所(阪急台北店) 消費時間：2014年/1月 網誌版http://blog.xuite.net/chrisxmen770/wretch/239293956 三田製麵所(阪急台北店) 地址:台北市信義區忠孝東路五段8號B2 電話:02-2723-7390 去過東京幾次始終沒吃過這家，來到台北阪急看到人家排隊來想說吃看看^^ 點了辣味的大碗，還加了份炸雞，一直很懷念日本的好吃炸雞 冰冷的粗麵很有咬勁，我很喜歡這種Q彈的粗麵 粗麵的大面積沾著熱騰騰的醬汁，形成溫和好入口的溫度 充滿柴魚香氣的醬汁非常濃醇很有日本的風味，有些日本店家來台為了迎合台灣口味做改 變 我覺得這樣非常可惜，畢竟大部分的人應該就是衝著日本的原味吧 我點的辣味吃起來很過癮，而原味的柴魚風味更加強烈，各有千秋 麵條吃完剩下的醬汁倒入高湯，變成鹹度沒那麼重的柴魚湯 再次推崇這家的醬汁，讓我已經很飽足的胃願意再容納這最後的美味 炸雞也有一定的水準，但我還是最懷念大阪自由軒的炸雞~~~ -- 美食 電影 旅遊 教育 認真揮霍每一天--我的隨意窩 http://blog.xuite.net/chrisxmen770/wretch -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 119.14.245.174 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1409373632.A.866.html
