建商倒了,才是房價跌的開始

一直都有,
建商倒不倒,不會影響房價,倒了這家那家取代罷了.

平抑房價最好的方法就是社會住宅,
不會有白癡政府,會用政策讓某個行業倒來達到目的.

建商倒光了,剩一家,你想買新房,會便宜??
排隊你都排不到.
