看板遮路標 要罰舉牌工

導演蔡明亮編導的「郊遊」裡，由影帝李康生扮演路旁舉牌工，淒風苦雨裡仍堅守崗位；現實生活中，舉牌工巧妙的將廣告看板栓在路旁交通標誌桿上，但看板遮住標誌及標語，小心此舉已經觸法。

近來建商紛請臨時工把看板掛在身上當「三明治人」，或舉廣告牌站在路邊當「舉牌工」，淡水區淡海新市鎮建商為達廣告效果，也在濱海路、中正東路及八勢一街，沿路請舉牌工舉廣告看板。

常往返台北淡水的劉姓駕駛說，先前舉牌工站在路邊時，路邊舉牌工的確會吸引注意，但是最近卻把標誌遮住，很危險。

淡水分局交通組長陳重華表示，依據道路交通管理處罰條例，未經許可在道路設置石碑、廣告牌、綵坊或其他類似物，將處1200至2400元罰鍰，未來將派員警加強巡邏取締。
