榮化：管線懸空無法正確測試

李長榮化工指出，檢方發現涵管內藏有榮化的丙烯輸送管線；但榮化認為，管線懸空，位置遭變更，影響防蝕測試及安全，應釐清責任。

榮化強調，應找出涵管施工單位，為何變更榮化管線位置，造成管線懸空，使管線無法依正常程序做陰極防蝕測試，進而影響安全。
