南市五甲教養院晚間預防性撤離

台南市明天停止上班上課，歸仁六甲里凱旋路的五甲教養院，曾在颱風豪雨時嚴重淹水無法進出，今晚決定先將院內26位大小院生，以及3名工作人員等29人先行進行安全疏散，將人員安置到七甲里南丁路地勢高的舊院區。

歸仁消防分隊也出動小型的水霧消防車協助載送，分5個車次進行疏散。消防分隊指出，五甲教養院緊鄰的六甲窩仔底排水，屬於港尾溝溪的上游，院區前方的進場道路地勢較低，豪雨時，常因排水宣洩不及，氾濫成災，先行撤離，以策安全。
