殖利率飆高 俄取消債券標售

（中央社台北2014年7月22日電）彭博報導，在美國和歐洲聯盟（EU）權衡制裁之下，昨天盧布債券殖利率飆升至2個多月來最高水準後，俄羅斯取消3個月來首度的盧布債券標售。

俄國財政部長今天在財政部官網發布聲明表示，因「市場狀況不利」，已取消明天的債券標售。2027年2月到期的盧布債券殖利率下跌9個基點，報9.14%，昨天則上揚19個基點。

7月盧布債券殖利率漲幅料創1年多來最大。俄國總統蒲亭（Vladimir Putin）早就因3月吞併克里米亞的決定遭制裁，現在又面臨進一步懲罰的可能，因美國證實俄國軍方提供烏克蘭親俄叛軍的飛彈，上週擊落馬來西亞航空1架客機。蒲亭反駁表示，他的反對者利用這次事件達到自私的政治目標。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
