標題[問題]只能用遙控鎖開車門,車鑰匙插不進去怎麼辦

去年底買了一台ecosport普通版 上個月突然想到 用備用鑰匙去開 結果發現車門打不開 於是換遙控鎖的鑰匙 發現竟然也打不開 因為平常很少開車 要開也都是先用遙控鎖解鎖後再插鑰匙 現在就是外面的車門鎖插不進去 可是可以開引擎發動.... 當時打電話給業務反映 業務還一副煩死人了怎麼白癡到連門都不會開的態度 今天早上有空閒 開去保養廠給他們看 組長也是不可置信的說哪有可能 結果一檢查 真的打不開 說他從來沒遇過 後來還拿相機錄影存證 說要寄回總公司反映看怎麼處理 走的時候組長說 可能要換全車鎖...
