澳央高唱低利率政策不變，關切澳元匯價過高

澳洲央行(RBA)15日公佈7月會議紀錄指出，低利率政策將維持不變，且不令人意外的，RBA再度對澳元高匯價減弱貨幣政策的刺激效果表示關切。

RBA 7月1日決議指標現金利率(Cash Rate)維持在史上最低的2.5%。自從去年7月最後一次降息以來，RBA利率政策已連續11個月維持中立態勢。

RBA在會議紀錄上表示，雖然低利率已開始發揮功效，但不確定這是否足以抵銷礦業投資快速降溫帶來的衝擊，它認為出口明顯被澳元的高匯價所抑制，並預期短期經濟成長將相當疲弱。

彭博社報導，隨著澳洲6月份失業率來到11年新高，RBA再次降息的機率也跟著增加。瑞士信貸利率交換合約指數顯示，交易員預期澳央未來12個月可能調降利率11個基點(0.11%)。

嘉實XQ全球贏家報價顯示，截至15日11時38分(GMT+8)止，澳元兌美元盤中小升0.04%、暫報0.9395。
