標題[問題] 月薪制周休是否算給薪假?

請教一個問題，我目前是月薪制， 而每個月的請假天數會被扣薪， 老闆的算法是以"月薪/每月應上班天數"來計算日薪 那這樣的意思是說周休二日不算給薪假囉? 想請問勞基法是否有相關規定? 又是在第幾條我可以翻出來給老闆看@@ 另外目前待的是小小小公司， 有保勞健保但沒簽工作合約， 請問這樣如果發生糾紛有受勞基法保障嗎? 總覺得又被坑了...唉 感謝大家幫忙! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.194.70.144 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1404913451.A.118.html
