《科技》華碩：DRAM備料現一切正常

【時報-台北電】全球動態隨機存取記憶體廠(DRAM)僅存三家，行動裝置下半年進入出貨高峰，記憶體需求高漲之下，傳出缺貨聲浪，品牌大廠華碩 (2357) 表示，一個半月前的確出現供貨不順的情況，一度影響手機製造，不過目前的供貨狀況已經舒緩，華碩不認為會影響未來出貨。

華碩強調，現階段DRAM供貨已經恢復順暢，華碩的DRAM備料一切正常，不過在一個半月前，的確是發生DRAM供應緊俏，導致影響手機製造受影響的情況，華碩無法估算影響時間有多久。

DRAM經過大規模整併，全球只剩下三星、美光、海力士三家大廠，三星已經通知下游7月調漲價格達10％，使下半年DRAM產業供需出現賣方市場的機率極高。(新聞來源：工商時報─記者李淑惠／台北報導)
