在中國的朋友能使用Line嗎？

小弟從28號就開始有這困擾⋯⋯
起初以為是app crash,於是從新安裝，結果居然用信箱跟密碼無法登入，一直要我從新綁定手機號碼。 而且還要再收一次台灣門號的簡訊認証碼（line的漫遊簡訊這禮拜就收了四封⋯⋯）
可是⋯當初都設定過了，現在要再來一次是哪招！
後來爬文發現很多大陸用戶都有出現相同情況，很多人是傳說是香港7/1的關係。
