《傳產》高鐵新竹站商辦標售，9月開標

【時報-台北電】交通部高鐵局今天正式公告標售高鐵新竹站區「置地廣場社區」房地產，包括4標辦公大樓，面積約為179.9坪～2648.3坪，住宅大樓方面則有2標，面積分別約為83.2坪、82.4坪，全案預計於今年9月2日開標。

官員表示，「置地廣場社區」為高鐵局辦理聯合開發分回部分房產，位於高鐵新竹站前第一排，為甫完成交屋的全新大樓，不僅格局方正，更是區內少見大坪數規劃的辦公大樓，適合高科技廠商及金融、經貿服務等業者進駐設點。（新聞來源：工商即時 林淑慧）
