下修赤字後 塞西批准埃及預算案

埃及財政部29日發表聲明，在下修赤字後，埃及總統塞西(Abdel Fattah al-Sisi)已經同意政府部門提出的2014/15會計年度預算案。
埃及政府原本提出的預算案規模達到1,150億美元，其中預算赤字佔國內生產毛額(gross domestic product，GDP)的12%，都不被塞西接受，要求退回重編。經修正案，預算赤字將佔GDP的10%。
根據新的預算案，從7月1日起的埃及2014/15會計年度的歲出將為7,890億埃及鎊(約1,104億美元)，歲入目前為5,490億埃及鎊。預算赤字佔GDP的10%。
為了改善埃及財政、經濟狀況，塞西日前已經宣布，他將捐出半數的家產和一半的總統薪水。塞西同時要求，要改善埃及的經濟，所有埃及人必須有些犧牲。
