（中央社華盛頓24日綜合外電報導）俄羅斯總統蒲亭表示，他已要求國會聯邦院，撤銷授權他派遣部隊干預烏克蘭的決議案，美國今天對此表示歡迎。

不過白宮發言人表示，希望看到俄羅斯行為改變的明顯證據。

蒲亭表示，他已要求國會聯邦院，撤銷授權他派遣部隊干預烏克蘭的決議案，以鼓勵烏克蘭「和平進程」，但他也誓言保護烏克蘭的俄羅斯利益。

蒲亭在維也納會見奧地利總統後表示：「我們總是會保護烏克蘭境內的俄裔人士。」

他呼籲基輔當局延長停火，並「就烏克蘭未來的組織」與東部叛亂分子談判。烏克蘭未來的組織將給予分離地區更多權力。

烏克蘭親俄總統亞努科維奇（Viktor Yanukovych）遭推翻後，俄羅斯聯邦院3月1日授權蒲亭（VladimirPutin），讓他可出兵烏克蘭，理由是烏克蘭境內說俄語的民眾受到威脅。

各界自此大為擔憂俄國可能入侵烏克蘭。北大西洋公約組織（NATO）上週指控莫斯科，在烏克蘭邊界部署更多部隊；美國則表示，不會接受俄羅斯以「任何藉口」在烏克蘭使用武力。

聯邦院外交委員會副主席柯里莫夫（AndreiKlimov）告訴國際傳真社（Interfax），聯邦院議員明天表決時，將支持撤銷授權軍事介入烏克蘭的決議案。1030625
