《科技》德儀推升降壓穩壓器，可延長電池使用壽命

【時報記者江俞庭台北報導】德州儀器（TI）宣布，推出業界最小型、最高效能的1-A及4-A升降壓穩壓器，可為個人電子設備及工業設計達到95％的效率。

德儀表示，該1-A和4-A單電感器裝置可延長鋰離子電池供電設計的電池使用壽命，並充分滿足可攜式醫療設備到銷售端的所有應用需求，與市場上其他產品相比，能以一半的解決方案尺寸，達到高達95％的效率。

德儀表示，具有4-A開關的TPS630250轉換器不僅支援2.3V至5.5V的廣泛輸入電壓，可將鋰離子電池放電降至2.5V及以下，同時還可保持優異的輕負載效率與35uA的暫態電流。2.5MHz裝置可達到尺寸為33平方毫米的完整DC/DC升降壓解決方案，不到現有4-A產品尺寸的一半。
