張忠謀：年輕人應有一技之長

（中央社記者張建中新竹2014年6月24日電）晶圓代工廠台積電 (2330) 董事長張忠謀對年輕人提出建議，表示應養成一技之長，並養成終生學習習慣。

張忠謀接受媒體訪問時指出，18至22歲的年輕人應養成一技之長，未來才可以謀生。

張忠謀說，年輕人在養成一技之長後，行有餘力應養成終生學習的習慣；應有系統的學習、有計畫學習及有紀律學習。

張忠謀表示，年輕人也應養成獨立思考能力。

至於創業，張忠謀說，他鼓勵創新，若要創業也應有創新的創業，若沒有創新的創業不太會成功，對社會也沒有貢獻。
