韓亞空難調查報告　美：機師處理失當致禍

美國國家運輸安全局（NTSB）發表去年7月韓亞空難的調查報告，指出造成這場空難的主因是機師處理失當和混亂。

美方調查稱，失事波音777客機的自動油門系統複雜，加上機師訓練不足，都是導致客機墜毀的原因，機員則過份倚賴「他們不完全了解的自動飛行系統」。

空難去年7月6日發生，韓亞航空214航班客機，在舊金山國際機場降落時墜毀，導致3死187傷，遇難者均為為赴美遊學的中國女生。這宗空難是自2009年美國發生的首宗商業飛機空難。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
