UCWeb俞永福：收購UCWeb或能提高阿裡巴巴IPO估值

據路透社報導，內地移動互聯網開放服務平臺提供商UCWeb首席執行官俞永福週四表示，阿裡巴巴集團收購UCWeb可能會提高阿裡巴巴赴美IPO的估值。

俞永福是在週四接受媒體訪問時發表上述講話。他表示，阿裡巴巴集團全資收購UCWeb以及之後的合併，或為阿裡巴巴下一階段在美上市帶來更高的估值。

阿裡巴巴週三宣佈，將收購中國手機流覽器公司UCWeb剩餘股權，並將和其組建UC移動事業群。

此前，阿裡巴巴曾兩次收購UCWeb合共約66%股權。阿裡巴巴於2013年3月斥資31.3億元對UCWeb進行戰略投資，隨後於當年12月再以11億元現金進行增持。
