世界盃預賽G組，已經取得1勝的「山姆大叔」美國，將出戰利空出盡的葡萄牙，美國首戰獲勝後，全隊氣勢高昂，反觀擁有超級球星C.羅納度的葡萄牙，因為C.羅確定得帶傷上陣，能發揮多少程度不可而知，加上陣中攻守兼具的後衛名將佩佩(Pepe)，因為上1場對德國吃下紅牌遭到禁賽、左後衛昆特勞(F.Coentrao)也因傷確定報銷，雙方不論在球員健康度、近況、氣勢都一面倒向美國，就算賭盤仍看好葡萄牙能獲勝，也不禁令人擔憂。(黎建忠／綜合報導)
