宜蘭縣員山鄉通往大同鄉的省道台7線粗坑路段，前天下午有1名男子在斑馬線上來回走，並在路面擺雞蛋攔車，來往車輛受阻，紛紛繞道，男子向受阻而停車的貨車駕駛說：「輾壞蛋，1顆要賠1千元。」有駕駛覺得莫名其妙，既好氣又好笑，但擔心發生危險，報警追查。
