歐盟責政變 暫停官員訪泰

（中央社記者林憬屏曼谷2014年6月23日專電）歐洲聯盟各會員國外交部長今天發表聲明，譴責泰國軍方接管政權，並決定停止官員訪泰、暫停與泰國簽署夥伴合作協定，以支持緊急回歸民主規則的呼籲。

聲明表達對泰國局勢的「極度關切」，外交部長們在聲明中說，軍方應該透過可信與含括性的選舉，緊急恢復合法的民主過程與憲法。

聲明指出，泰國軍方應該釋放所有政治性囚犯，尊重人權與自由，歐盟成員國家應該重新檢視與泰國的軍事關係。

聲明表示，只有藉由早日回歸憲法規定的選舉，才能讓雙方關係正常化。

歐盟取消初步訂於7月與泰國有關自由貿易協定的談判，並暫停未來所有的談判。歐盟表示，所有合作現在開始都要重新檢視，並視泰國局勢考慮進一步可能措施。

泰國軍方5月22日發動政變，預計9月之前成立臨時政府監督政治改革，預估一年後舉行選舉，但歐盟的最新聲明顯然不支持軍方的計畫。
