衝撞加油站長 男涉殺人未遂

彰化20日上午一名男子駕駛銀色轎車到加油站，使用提供給顧客的吸塵器，但沒有付錢，還與員工發生爭執，甚至開車3度衝撞站長，警方事後調閱監視器畫面，以車牌追人，男子21日下午到案說明，稱是受到嗆聲挑釁才會開車衝撞。

因加油站的吸塵器是提供給加完油的顧客免費使用，若沒加油要酌收50元，但男子20日上午到加油站使用吸塵器時，既未加油也未付錢，一名喜憨兒員工見狀、上前制止，男子卻大聲對他咆哮。

加油站站長聽到聲響，上前了解，雙方發生口角，站長請男子離開，沒想到男子竟三次駕車衝撞店長，店長嚇得不斷拍打男子的引擎蓋，加油站員工拿出椅子當武器，想解救站長，但男子發現後便駕車逃逸。

還好站長僅四肢擦傷，事後向警方報案，警方調閱監視器畫面，以車牌追人，21日下午約談男子到案說明，男子現身時頭戴鴨舌帽、口罩，他供稱是受到嗆聲挑釁才會開車衝撞，訊後被依傷害及殺人未遂罪嫌移送。
