值到費用累積總額1100就不會再增加費用

像是最便宜的200只要超過流量後每1MB要將近9元
最高累積到1500
 
他只是有個收費上限而以

像是純辦吃到飽只要850但用400的費率當成吃到飽使用
最終要繳1100貴了250
