調查：買電視 最先考慮畫質

（中央社記者潘智義台北2014年6月16日電）專業顯示器市調機構DisplaySearch調查，畫面品質是消費者決定是否購買新電視的最主要考量。

DisplaySearch針對全球13個國家與地區，共1萬3千名終端消費者，進行換機傾向調查，消費者仍將畫面品質、聲音品質、電視機售價、易操作視為購買新電視的主要考慮因素。

調查顯示，成熟國家市場中，畫面品質是消費者決定購買新電視的主要考量因素，緊隨其後的是聲音品質；電視機售價和易操作的重要性也與聲音品質相當。不過在新興國家市場，良好的維修、售後服務排名最高。

DisplaySearch指出，為達行銷目的，電視品牌廠商不僅需要關注電視功能的改進，引起消費者共鳴，同時也需清楚說明新功能的好處。

終端市場消費者調查顯示，目前曲面螢幕、有機發光二極體（OLED）電視，尚未成為影響消費者更換電視的有效驅動力。
