不滿友人抓狂 百公斤男壓制掐頸致死

桃園縣1名體重上百公斤的馮姓男子，去年6月與張姓友人喝酒又吸毒，不滿張吵他睡覺，竟以「驅魔」為由跨坐張身上，還掐頸致死，桃園地院衡酌張、馮都因毒酒影響，又馮有反社會傾向，影響心智狀況、出庭多次痛哭懺悔，依殺人罪判10年2月徒刑。
