塔維拉斯打擊低迷 下放3A

五月底剛升上大聯盟的紅雀新秀外野手Oscar Taveras，近期打擊不佳被紅雀放回3A，而騰出來的空缺，剛好讓從傷兵名單回來的一壘手Matt Adams接替。

21歲的Taveras在大聯盟的處女秀，第2個打席就敲出生涯首轟，不過，近期表現差強人意，近6場比賽，19個打數中，僅繳出3支安打，紅襪決定讓Taveras回到小聯盟，加強穩定度。

談到Taveras，紅雀教頭Mike Matheny說：「他在這裡學到不少東西，不過，還需要更上一層樓。」

受傷前，Adams繳出4發全壘打，18分打點，打擊率3成32，在近4場復健賽中，15打數3安打，帶2分打點，這回復出迎戰國民，3打數2安打，貢獻1分打點，這1分，幫助紅雀以1比0險勝國民。

上個月底，Adams因為左小腿肌拉傷，進入15天傷兵名單，這回重返先發名單，擔任第6棒打者，迎戰國民系列賽，Allen Craig則回到右外野，頂替Taveras的守備位置。
