莊姓堂兄弟的祖傳農地上葬蔡男父親，莊姓堂兄弟為將土地出售，未經蔡男同意，雇請風水師、撿骨師，涉嫌擅自將墳墓內的蔡父遺骨移出，僅以塑膠袋紙盒裝著，草率的放空地，台中地檢署將堂兄弟起訴。
