好羨慕！　台積電有90天特別事假

22K話題持續延燒，公司福利也成為令人討論的話題。今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，勞動部昨天舉辦首屆工作與生活平衡企業頒獎典禮，其中台積電、工研院等企業皆獲獎。

台積電高層表示，台積電提供員工每年120小時全薪病假、90天特別事假外，更因為台積電的好福利讓去年共有2360為台積電寶寶誕生。另外工研院福利也是好到讓人羨慕！不僅公司提供60天的半薪安胎育兒假、全薪6個月特別傷病假、1天志工假，讓公司超過8成女性員工能夠安心好孕。
