怎麼root台版榮耀3C

1.剛買了一支有2G ram有5吋螢幕有雙卡待機的台版榮耀3C，目前想root去掉廣告，但找了root程式，沒辦寫入hosts，不知各位大大是否有方法可用，是否這就是所謂的root一半，該怎麼接下去才好??

2.在root完如有要用到root權限，常會出現"已允許 xxxx 獲取權限" 的這個說明，在superSU 的設定中，有一個顯示通知-當有應用程式要求權限，不顯示訊息(每個程式都可另外設定)這一個不打勾的話，要獲取權限就不會另外顯示出來，不知有哪一套root程式可把這個關了??

3.之前也有用過紅米，miui的功能還真的很多，很好用，一些功能上的使用都不用再增加程式使用，不知台版是否有機會也可刷小米的版本？試用商店內的小米桌面，小米系統這些都還不是最好用的!(小米小工具好用)
