谷歌娶Divide 強化行動服務

（法新社舊金山19日電） 谷歌公司（Google）今天證實，買下專門協助員工利用個人智慧型手機和平板電腦安全處理公事的新創公司Divide。

Divide在公司網站上宣佈被網路巨擘谷歌收購的消息。兩家公司都沒有公佈交易條件。

Divide表示，該公司將成為Android軟體團隊的一部分。谷歌將Android平台免費開放給行動裝置製造商使用。

Divide結合行動裝置和網路雲端的技術，協助公司於員工在稱之為「帶你的行動裝置」來上班的生活型態下，使用自己的行動裝置處理公事時，保護系統和資料的安全。

Divide在公司網站上表示，「Divide的創立，是基於帶你的行動裝置來上班的風潮，將大幅改變資訊科技的面貌，並迎接行動新浪潮的信念。」

「Divide致力推動資訊科技安全和終端用戶隱私之間的平衡。」

這起併購案適逢現代人在四處奔波之際連網情況日益普遍，同時員工也紛紛使用智慧型手機和平板電腦處理公事。（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）
