油漆完後起泡泡了

因舊家整修已經到完工階段，但是在油漆完工後不久
在總檢查時，發現某面牆上的插座上有類似壁癌的情形(一點一點的小泡泡)，大力按下去還會有水珠跑出來

當初在整修時，有把粉光面整個打除見到紅磚再重新抹一遍
水電的配管也沒有牽到那邊，但是就是只有那一個地方有這種情形
不知道是何原因呢?

這面牆為八吋壁，外牆不會直接淋到雨
牆面為油性漆
