涉濫權須下台 盈拉堅稱清白

泰國政局出現新的變數。憲法法庭昨天宣判，看守總理盈拉，因為一項人事案涉嫌非法濫權，必須辭職下台，並在七月舉行大選。盈拉在得知這項判決後，堅稱自己的清白。反對派領袖蘇德，則表示將9號將在曼谷舉行大遊行。支持盈拉的紅衫軍，也將在10號在曼谷示威。而我國外交部，仍維持泰國黃色旅遊警訊。

支持盈拉民眾：「盈拉加油。」在熱烈歡呼聲中，泰國看守總理盈拉出現在數百名支持者面前，這是憲法法庭判定她涉嫌濫權必須辭職之後，首度公開現身，對於這項判決盈拉堅稱自己並沒有不法行為。泰國前總理盈拉：「我們堅持以誠信來治理國家，從沒有被指控的違法亂紀。」

憲法法庭表示，盈拉在2011年濫用職權，將國家安全委員會秘書長調職，改由她哥哥的姻親升任警察總長，除了盈拉之外還有9名涉案閣員也必須去職，現任副總理瓦尼坦隆暫代看守總理，並在七月舉行大選。而從去年11月起發動示威遊行的反對派陣營，對憲法法庭的判決視為一大勝利，反對派領袖蘇德號召民眾在9號舉行最後一戰大遊行，反對派領袖蘇德：「這個政權根本不是政府，我們的抗爭還有一大段路要走。」

專家表示這次憲法法庭的裁定為泰國動盪不安的政局投下新的變數，東南亞問題專家奎格利亞：「他們認為這根本就是一場司法政變。」而支持政府的紅衫軍也將在10號發動十萬人前進曼谷，舉行示威活動，屆時兩派人馬可能爆發新的衝突，而我國外交部仍將泰國列為黃色旅遊警訊，呼籲前往泰國的民眾要特別注意自身安全。
