滬台協 設回台上市推動小組

看準台商回台上市日益蓬勃，上海台商協會會長葉惠德5日宣布，近日將成立「台商回台上市推動小組」，第一階段將輔導推動20家上海台商企業回台上市。

資誠會計事務所與上海台協5日在上海共同舉辦「上海台商回台上市櫃輔導研討會」，包括元大寶來證、眾達法律事務所、中國生產力中心等單位出席說明回台上市最新政策，共吸引近20多家台資企業老闆前來聆聽。

這次首場研討會，以上海嘉定區的台商企業為主，吸引華匯機電、鼎香帥餐飲（超級雞車）、巴布豆兒童用品、湯姆森餐飲（洪師傅牛肉麵）、永和食品（永和豆漿）等台資企業高階主管參加，之後還將巡迴上海各區舉行研討會。

葉惠德說，台商在大陸融資成本高，想在A股上市又很困難，回台上市是台商籌資的好選擇，對台灣經濟發展也有助益。因此，上海台協決定成立工作小組，建立台商與相關輔導機構的諮詢平台，為有意願回台上市的台商服務。
