【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】正值醫藥業掀起一波整併風潮之際，美國輝瑞藥廠周一證實，該公司的確曾在今年1月向英國藥廠阿斯特捷利康（AstraZeneca）出價，並在4月26日再度與之接洽以尋求延續併購協商的可能性。輝瑞公司併購英國同業阿斯特捷利康，將是全球有史以來規模最大的製藥業併購案之一。
