台幣午盤升5.1分

美國新屋銷售等經濟數據欠佳，韓元上午再升0.25%，人民幣貶破16個月新低後今早呈現小幅升值0.1分，新台幣雖然連日以來下午盤都收貶，但是今早仍然呈現升值走勢，以30.326元開盤後一度最高升至30.225元，最低則貶至30.334元，上下震盪超過1角，台北外匯市場新台幣兌美元匯價今天中午收盤升5.1分，達30.275元，成交金額3.79億美元。

人民幣昨創16個月新低，即時匯率從年初的6.0553元價位，一路貶到昨天的6.2373元，今日上午續小貶至6.2377元，中間價方面，今日上午人行授權外匯交易中心公布中間價為6.1589元，較昨日升0.1分。中國大陸國家外匯管理局官員說，人民幣兌美元近來續貶，可用「匯率波動實屬正常，雙向波動條件具備，匯率變化可以解釋」這3句話回應。指今年2月以來，人民幣兌美元匯率確實走低，但與1994年併軌及2005年匯改以來累計升值幅度相較，跌幅「並不算大」。
