《國際政治》鼓動烏國分裂，美警告俄擬擴大制裁

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】美國駐聯合國大使鮑爾（Samantha Power）周日表示，如果親俄的軍事行動在烏克蘭東部持續發生，美方準備加重對莫斯科當局的制裁。惟目前尚不清楚美方祭出的新措施是否將獲得歐洲的支持，或能否減緩俄羅斯支持的分裂主義暴動。

三名知情人士透露，美國考慮提出的新措施，將是自烏克蘭危機發生迄今的第四波制裁行動，可能鎖定親近普丁總統的俄羅斯人士與俄國企業機構，但不一定針對俄國整個商業領域，如礦業、銀行業與能源業等。

親俄武裝民兵上周六占領烏克蘭東部頓涅茨克州斯拉夫楊斯克市的政府機關，烏克蘭出動安全部隊掃蕩，雙方均見傷亡。
