國中生抽菸被逮　翻桌嗆罵師「不聽話用打的」

台中市1名呂姓國中女老師上周某日放學時間，在校門口發現3男1女學生抽菸，以手機拍下蒐證，遭學生嗆聲，事後其中2名學生在樓梯口堵她、到她的班上翻桌；警方偵訊2名學生時，他們仍毫無悔意說「老師不聽話要用打的！」

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，4名學生抽菸被抓，未反省還在樓梯口堵呂師，其中謝姓少女(15歲)用身體撞她，章姓學生(16歲)到她的級任教室，翻課桌椅示威，呂師報警控告公然侮辱。2人坦承辱罵老師，還說「嗆老師沒什麼，剛剛好而已，老師不聽話，還要用打的呢！」警訊後函送少年法庭處理。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
