窮小子變億萬富翁　知名製作人砸8億蓋廟

連續劇《驚世媳婦》、《啞巴新娘》製作人李鵬，近年在兩岸三地拍戲、擔任製作人頗有名氣，他近來在桃園蓋廟，殿內的關公神像近2層樓高，是台灣第一個金面關公。他說窮困時，關公是他的精神寄託，如今有所能力想蓋廟還願。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，今年72歲的李鵬回憶自己20多歲時到台北工作，當時收入很少，只能啃饅頭充飢，晚上睡車站或公園省錢，有天下雨時，他不知不覺走進關公廟，許下心願若飛黃騰達，將蓋廟還願。李鵬這次花8億元蓋威天宮，主殿關公神像身高8公尺，花了30年才找到此地，如今完成有種完成使命的感覺。（盧麗蓮／綜合報導）
