託友攜藥回台網拍 售禁藥遭訴

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中2014年4月2日電）35歲的何姓女子委託友人，陸續自日本帶回止癢貼等藥品回台，在網路上拍賣，被舉發查獲，檢方依違反藥事法聲請簡易判決。

台中地檢署起訴書指出，未經核准、擅自輸入的藥品屬於禁藥，不得販售。何女自去年8月起，陸續自日本攜帶止癢貼、止癢液等藥品回台，並在拍賣網站上公開銷售。

經民眾向衛生福利部食品藥物管理署檢舉，由警方查獲送辦，何女坦承販售，台中地檢署依違反藥事法聲請簡易判決。
