我想紀錄30~100等的打怪易掉裝區和易掉水和練功

我目前只知道~~

掉裝：
40 - 魔法森林副本
50 - 瑞恩副本
60 - 瑞恩副本 第三區

我想知道白水.活水.補1000以上HP的~~

還有怎樣可以快速練功 (希望用任務)
