下車沒關車門　害女騎士撞癱

桃園一名22歲徐姓女子，去年8月27日下午開車行經桃園市春日路時，因引擎過熱，便停靠路邊，打開車門下車買水，返回車上後，她並沒有立即關上車門，半個車門佔據機車道，後方一名溫姓女騎士騎車經過撞上車門倒地受傷，雖經送醫治療後，因顱骨骨折導致肢癱瘓及失語症，生活無法自理，且需24小時專人照顧，桃園地檢署今依過失重傷害罪嫌將徐女提起公訴。（張沛森／桃園報導）
