疑打雷跳電 中油油駁船漏油

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄2014年3月31日電）台灣中油公司油駁船「寶山1號」今天在加油時，疑因打雷跳電，造成燃料油外洩，污染附近高雄港海域和漁船，中油派人清理。

高雄地區今天清晨出現雷雨，中油石化事業部位於高雄市前鎮區新生路的儲運站跳電，當時在儲油碼頭加油的「寶山1號」受波及停電，有燃料油外洩。

中油石化事業部表示，發現「寶山1號」外洩重油後，立即調派工作船和工作人員趕往現場布設攔油索、吸油棉等清理。

由於部分外洩油料污染漁船，中油公司派人向高雄市海洋局等單位和漁民說明相關事發經過和處理情形。
