「無腦」比罵「腦殘」嚴重　男涉侮辱被起訴

邱姓男子去年8月以本名在雅虎奇摩網站一則串聯救狗的新聞留言，與其他網友發生爭執，1名張姓男網友罵邱男「無腦」，台北地檢署認為，「腦殘」曾被法院認定構成公然侮辱，罵人「無腦」比罵人「腦殘」更嚴重，依公然侮辱罪嫌起訴張男。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，邱男備份所有對話報警提告，張男嗆「我沒收到傳票，你就跳海一百遍」，後來果真收到地檢署傳票；張姓男子辯稱，他沒有指名道姓，是對方自己對號入座。檢方認為，「腦殘是腦袋殘缺，無腦是連腦都沒有」，張罵邱「無腦」比罵「腦殘」嚴重；再者，張男的留言接在邱男後方，即使沒指名道姓，也看得出在指邱男。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
