俄新網RUSNEWS.CN首爾3月30日電 據韓聯社報導，朝鮮常駐聯合國副代表李東日排除了與美國進行談判的可能性，並稱華盛頓並沒有舉行對話的誠意。他在紐約接受採訪時稱，"這是美國不希望舉行任何形式的談判"。他指出，美國要求朝鮮無核化，但卻與韓國進行聯合軍事演習。他強調，"這樣的態度不可能是真心想要談判"。朝鮮於2005年宣布自己為核大國，於2006年、2009年和2013年進行了地下核試驗，引起了國際社會抗議。2009年平壤退出有俄羅斯、美國、中國、日本、朝鮮和韓國參加的六方會談。上述文章內容由俄新網提供
