教部：私事不上課 蹺課非罷課

（中央社記者許秩維台北2014年3月25日電）聲援反服貿的自主罷課團體持續增加，教育部今天說，學生因私事不上課就是蹺課，非罷課，需自行負責，而教師不上課則不妥。

全國大專院校響應反黑箱服貿的學生自主罷課行動連署持續增加，根據資料顯示，目前已有2800人，團體連署則有50個學生團體加入，包含台大、清大、交大、成大與政治大學等學生自治會連署響應。

教育部次長陳德華表示，如果學生因私事不去上課，也未按照規定請假，就是蹺課而非罷課，若造成學習落後等負面影響，必須自行負起責任；而老師的工作內容就是授課，必須顧及每個學生的受教權，因此自行停課並不妥，若要請假也需按照校內規定。
