魏揚遭檢聲押 地院裁定無保飭回

反服貿協議抗爭行動，在昨天(23日)有部分抗議群眾攻占行政院並與警方發生嚴重衝突，被指為行動總指揮的清大研究所學生魏揚，遭檢方依「聚眾施以強暴脅迫」等罪嫌向法院聲請羈押，台北地方法院晚間8點30分召開羈押庭。台北地院裁定結果出爐，魏揚無保飭回。

針對無保飭回的消息，占領立法院議場的抗議學生指揮林飛帆表示，這樣的結果讓大家對司法還有一絲絲的希望，同時他也呼籲檢方不要再提起抗告去打壓對社會有理想的年輕人。

林飛帆說：『(原音)在昨天經歷過這樣的血腥鎮壓後，我們至少還有一絲絲希望，因為我們司法還是有很有良心的法官，那我們在這裡要呼籲，希望檢方不要再提抗告，我們在這裡拜託，檢方不要再用濫訴手段對付我們的同學，不要再用濫訴手段打壓對社會有強烈責任感、對台灣社會有強烈熱愛的年輕人。』
