在冷氣窗口上方天花板約10cm處，發現一圈呈現圓卷狀的棕黑不明東西，及在陽台右側牆壁後方發現油漆處，有起泡現象。因我沒辦法判斷是排水管漏水或或外牆浸水，想請各位大大，介紹幾家或有丰富經驗師傅抓漏及壁癌的處理專家，會同一起判斷該原因。
